Card reader, Barcode scanner

Depending on the product type, the Q-net ticket dispensers can be equipped with card readers, barcode scanners. Typically these devices used to identify the client. Once a card / code read by the device, the application will use the received data as a parameter to get further information from the company / institute CRM system or customer database. The Q-net application supports multiple interfaces for such integration:

After successful identification there are various possibilities to use the gained client data:

At "System Activities" a new "rule" can be created, for example to change the ticket priority, depending on the customer segment:

Besides this, the touch screen ticket dispenser also allows entering a customer identifier via a virtual on-screen keyboard.
