Voice recorder

Depending on its type, the feedback devices are equipped (GD08) or can be equipped (CF04) with microphone. In case the feedback device is at the counter desk, it can be used to record the conversation between the customer and the clerk. These records are stored with the ticket, and the statistics page allows to listen what happened during the transaction. In order to use the option, the system must have the necessary license for this module and for the number of devices.

The voice recorder has to be added as a separate device. A web-based (browser) voice recorder is assigned to the counter or feedback station it belongs to, while a dedicated recording device is driven by a device controller.

The web-based JavaScript voice recorder module can record audio through the microphone connected to the device while running in the browser. This allows the Android SH77 and SH78 applications to record audio as well.

Also it is necessary to assign the voice recorder device to the counter or feedback station where it is located.
