These endpoints handle ticket redirections.

📄️Redirect to waitlist

This endpoint redirects the ticket to the global or local waitlist.

📄️List clerks & counters

Before redirecting to counter, you should call this endpoint to get a list of all available counters which can manage the given ticket.

📄️Redirect to counter

This endpoint redirects the ticket to a selected counter.

📄️Redirect to clerk

This endpoint redirects the ticket to a selected clerk.

📄️List services

Before redirecting to service, you should call this endpoint to get a list of all available services. It returns the list of services that the current clerk can't manage.

📄️Redirect to service

This endpoint redirects the ticket to a selected service which can't be managed by the current clerk.

📄️List for redirect back

Before redirecting back a ticket, you should call this endpoint to get a list of clerks who managed the ticket and all available services.

📄️Redirect back

This endpoint redirects back the ticket to a previous clerk.
