PC sound card sound player

This type of sound player can be used in case of any device where a Device controller service is running. (Such as ticket dispenser, media player, feedback device and even the server)

To configure it, at "Sound players" menu choose the "PC soundcard sound player module" type, add a name, and select the device controller, which is running on the particular machine (PC or single board PC) which should play the sound. The sound will be played on the default output of the device. This type of sound player supporting both signals and voice announcements on various languages.
