📄️ Overview and main page
The Basic view is recommended for small environments, businesses with one branch. This simplified view contains the settings that are required to configure the system. These common settings are arranged into tabs, and each tab contains an extracted set of configuration options.
📄️ Devices
The devices tab contains all the connected and manageable devices in your branch. The information regarding all available devices is detailed here: Devices
📄️ Users
The user tab is used to create new, manage existing and delete users. You can type the display name, the username and password, the latter two will be used to login to specific resources. The roles tab is used to specify the permission level of the user. The default username and password for the basic view administrator role (which comes out of the box) is basic\basic - this user is designed to use the basic view, set up a new or make amendments to a branch.
📄️ Services
On the services page you can design the structure of the available services in your branch. These services will be selectable on the ticket dispenser and via the smart ticket solution. For each available language you will need to provide the name of the service, and you may fill the explanation text and the ticket comment, where the first one will be shown on the dispenser and the latter will be printed on the ticket. The number interval will determine which numbers will be issued on a new ticket when the specific service selected, and the priority designates the importance of the service, as tickets with higher priority will be called earlier by the clerks. You may add service groups as well, in which you can drag and drop services or other service groups.
📄️ Feedback
You can configure here the feedback profile, which will be available on the feedback device installed in your branch. The customer can rate the service with the questions and answers you provide here. Each question can have at least one answer, which needs to be specified in each available language.
📄️ Service Matrix
The service matrix determines which user can serve which service. In the basic view, every user has the same priority and thus in case you would like to fine-tune the priority settings, you will need to switch to advanced view to configure the service matrix. 📄️ Smart Ticket
The Smart Ticket feature is a solution for reservation and appointments. On the basic view, you can configure the public URLs and copy the dynamic and static URLs which are used for reservations and appointments.
