This page allows to adjust the parameters for appointment reservations.
📄️ Call Center
On this page a call center employee can create or delete appointments. In order to show the time slots of a service, first select a branch and a service.

📄️ Role mapping
In case you have central directory services, such as Active Directory, you can enable synchronization between such directory and the Q-net Pro V7 server. This will enable a query based synchronization, where the Q-net server will automatically pull data from the directory service and assign roles based on the configured settings. Furthermore if you have an OAuth service provider, you may configure it as the service that will provide authentication.
📄️ Codes
Codes are to determine why the system users (clerks) have been logging out or changed statuses. Using this feature will help the local manager to keep a track about the working time of a clerk.
📄️ Exception dates
On this page the exception dates can be configured. In case of national holidays, when the branch is working with unique opening hours or not working at. This setup will affect the appointment module and the devices as well.
📄️ Advertisements
Advertisement is a special feature that can be set on the ticket dispensers and feedback devices and smart tickets, which will act like an advertisement billboard while they are idle, and advertisements can also be placed on printed tickets. These advertisements can be texts, pictures and videos.
📄️ Customer feedback profiles
Optional customer feedback modules can give feedback about the quality level of the service provided in the branches. For these modules a profile needs to be configured with a question and answer possibilities. Every answer has its value for positive or negative feedback. With the help of these modules the service can be fine-tuned and customers can feel more satisfied.

You create create different questions here. To create a question for the feedback profile, click "New", or select an available question to edit it.
📄️ Answers
To create answers for the question(s) which can be selected by the customers for the given questions, click "New", or select an available question to edit it.
📄️ Backup / Restore
The system is capable to create backups and restore them. The backups by default only contains the configuration of the server (including device settings, user configurations and device profiles), however the user can select to include the events, statistics and media profiles as well if required.
