Configuring the voice recorders​

You can add and configure the voice recorder devices here.

Parameters​

Common​

ID​

The ID is given by the system and is required for internal processes, and can serve purposes for debugging in case of issues.

Device type​

The type of the voice recorder.

Name​

The Name is a user-given name.

Device controller​

Determines which device controller is handling the voice recorder.

Upload​

This function is uploading the voice files to the server.

  • Disabled: No upload will occur
  • Interval: You can set a start and an end, in between the upload will occur
  • Always: Uploads the voice files all day.

Delayed​

The delay between the record and the upload.

Status​

Active/Inactive switch to determine if the device should be used in any service.

Functions​

  • Ping: to check if your device is online and reachable in the network.
