Statistics

At these panels you can track the statisctics for:

• Services
• Counters
• Tickets
• With a help of an overview panel.

You can also export the table forms into an Excel compatible CSV file for custom statistics and data.
For example, you can export all of the tickets with their relevant data into a .CSV at the TICKETS tab. To do this move your mouse to the table’s title and the download icon will pop up.

On the top right corner there is an option for changing the date interval like, yesterday, past 7 days, past month or even an exact time interval with the help of During period of option.
